Hotels can correct the automated analysis or explain a missing product. The Accor team then reviews their requests.

Within an agreed scope: understand how people work, define priorities with your team, design and test the flows, then deliver a functional prototype your developers can build on.
A product designer on your team
Working within your product team, I take responsibility for research, user flows, interface design and testing. I work with the PM and developers from discovery through iteration, using a functional prototype when the project calls for one.
